These are the rules we write by.
Sourcing
- Every number, date and rule has a source that we opened ourselves.
- We do not copy text from the casino or from other review sites.
- We do not invent reviews, ratings, quotes, authors or screenshots.
Accuracy and corrections
- Each page carries a “Last verified” date.
- When a fact changes, we update the page and its “Last verified” date.
- If you spot an error, write to [email protected]. We check the source and reply.
Independence
We may earn a commission from links to betty.ca. That does not buy coverage. We publish the casino’s limits alongside its strengths, including points its own marketing leaves out. Our affiliate disclosure explains the arrangement.
Advertising rules we follow
- We do not advertise bonuses, credits or other inducements. Ontario’s Standard 2.05 and Alberta’s rules limit those to the operator’s own site and opt-in messages.
- We do not describe any offer as “free” or “risk-free”.
- We do not promise winnings or present gambling as a way to earn money.
- We do not write for, or aim content at, anyone under the legal age.
- We name only sites that appear on a provincial list when we compare casinos.

Every page links to help lines and to the tools for limits and self-exclusion. If our coverage ever seems to encourage risky play, tell us.
Who writes the pages
The pages are written by the site’s editorial team. We do not publish under invented names.
