Does Betty Casino have an app?
Yes. Betty’s help centre says the app is “available now on iOS” and “available now on Android”. Some older reviews still say iPhone only. They were written before the Android release.

Why is the Betty app not working?
Most app problems are location problems. Betty must confirm you are in Ontario or Alberta before it opens a game.
Try these steps in order:
- Turn Wi-Fi on, even if you use mobile data.
- Check that Location Services are on and set to allow Betty, with precise location.
- Close any VPN app completely.
- Update the app in your store.
- Force-close the app and reopen it.
- On Android, turn off Developer Options.

Does the Betty app work outside Ontario and Alberta?
You can open the app anywhere. You can play for real money only while you are physically in Ontario or Alberta. Outside those provinces, Betty’s help centre says you can still log in, deposit and withdraw.
What age rating does the app have?
The App Store rates the Betty app 18+. That is Apple’s own category for gambling apps. It does not change the law. You must be 19 to play in Ontario and 18 in Alberta, and Betty checks your age from your ID.
