Betty Casino Customer Service and Complaints

On this page

You reach Betty support by live chat, which runs 24 hours a day, or by email at [email protected]. Betty.ca lists no phone number. For a formal complaint, write to [email protected].

Betty aims to resolve complaints within 14 days and sets 90 days as the limit. In Ontario, unresolved disputes go to iGaming Ontario.

We are not Betty support. This is an independent guide. We cannot see your account, move money or reset a password. Use the contacts below, which come from Betty’s own pages.

How do you contact Betty Casino?

Live chat is the fastest route. Betty’s contact page says it is open “24 hours a day” on “every day of the year”. Its site describes the chat as staffed by people.

Email suits problems that need attachments, such as an ID document or a bank statement. It also leaves a written record, which helps if you later complain.

Does Betty Casino have a phone number?

Betty.ca does not list a phone number. We checked its contact page, Terms and help centre.

Two review sites print phone numbers for Betty, and the two numbers are different. We could not verify either, so we do not repeat them. Treat any Betty phone number you find online with caution.

This matters for your safety. Betty sends login codes by email. Nobody from Betty needs you to read a code or password aloud. If someone phones you claiming to be Betty and asks for one, end the call.

The only phone numbers on Betty’s pages are help lines for gambling problems. Those are listed in Betty limits and self-exclusion.

How do you start a Betty live chat?

  1. Open betty.ca or the Betty app.
  2. Find the chat or help icon. It is usually in a corner of the screen or in the account menu.
  3. Type your question. You may be shown help articles first.
  4. Ask for an agent if the articles do not solve it.

Log in first if you can. An agent can then see your account without asking you to prove who you are.

Which Betty email should you use?

Betty uses three addresses. Sending your message to the right one avoids a delay.

Add [email protected] to your contacts. Replies and login codes sometimes land in spam.

What should you include in your message?

A complete first message can save days. Use this list.

What to send Betty support, by problem
ProblemInclude
Any problemThe email on your account and a one-line summary
Deposit or withdrawalDate, time, amount, method and the status shown
Game resultGame name, time and the round ID from the game's history
LoginThe exact error text and whether a code arrived
Location errorDevice, browser or app version, connection type and the error text
VerificationWhich step failed and which ID you used

Never send your password. Never send full card numbers by email. If Betty needs a document, it will tell you how to upload it.

How do you file a complaint with Betty?

Betty’s Terms set out a formal process. Use it when ordinary support has not fixed the problem.

  1. Try support first. Live chat or [email protected].
  2. Write to [email protected]. The Terms ask you to do this as soon as reasonably practicable.
  3. Give the facts. Dates, amounts, what you expected and what happened. Attach screenshots.
  4. Keep copies and note the date you sent it.
  5. Wait for the outcome. Betty aims for 14 days. The limit is 90 days.
Timeline of a Betty complaint: day 0 complaint sent, day 14 target for resolution, day 90 limit, then escalation to the regulator if still unresolved.
The two dates that matter: day 14 and day 90.

State the result you want. “Please pay the withdrawal requested on March 5” is easier to act on than a general complaint.

What if Betty does not resolve your complaint?

The next step depends on your province.

Ontario. Betty’s Terms say unresolved disputes escalate to iGaming Ontario. The Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario is the regulator behind it. Details are in Betty Casino rules in Ontario.

Alberta. Betty’s published Terms predate its Alberta launch and name only the Ontario route.

The Alberta regulator is the Alberta Gaming, Liquor and Cannabis Commission. We could not confirm the exact Alberta escalation path. Ask Betty in writing which body handles Alberta disputes. See Betty Casino rules in Alberta.

A regulator does not act as your lawyer. It checks whether the operator followed the rules. For a large sum, consider independent legal advice.

Can you solve it yourself first?

Many problems have a known fix. These pages may save you the wait.

Betty’s own help centre has more than 150 articles in nine sections. It is worth a search before you open a chat.

How do you report a gambling concern about someone?

Betty’s help centre has a page titled “Gambling concerns about a player on Betty?”. It also has pages on suspected underage play for each province. Contact support by chat or email and say what worries you.

If the concern is about yourself, you can act without speaking to anyone. Limits, timeouts and self-exclusion are in your account settings. See Betty limits, timeouts and self-exclusion.

Is Betty on social media?

Betty’s contact page invites you to follow it on social media. Do not use social channels for account problems. Never post account details in a public reply. Use live chat or email for anything personal.
