Betty Coins, Levels and the Betty Shop Explained

On this page

Betty Coins are the loyalty currency at Betty Casino. Verified players collect them through daily features, level-ups, quests and promotions. You can spend them on selected coin games or in the Betty Shop.

They are not cash. Betty’s Terms describe them as for recreational play only.

This page explains how the system works. It gives no coin values or rates. Loyalty credits count as inducements under Ontario and Alberta advertising rules, so we describe the mechanics only. See why this site lists no offers.

What are Betty Coins?

Betty Coins are points in Betty’s loyalty programme. Betty’s help centre calls them part of an “exclusive loyalty program, designed to reward verified players”. You need a verified account to take part.

Think of them as a second balance. Your cash balance is real money that you deposit, win and withdraw. Your coin balance is a reward total that you earn and spend inside Betty.

How do you earn Betty Coins?

Betty lists six sources of coins. Amounts vary with your activity, deposits and wagers, and some rewards are random.

Ways to earn Betty Coins
SourceHow it works
Daily scratcherA scratch card available once a day
Wheel spinsA wheel you spin for a reward
Level-upsCoins paid when your account reaches a new level
Betty Status rewardsRewards tied to your status tier
PromotionsOffers shown in your account
QuestsTasks that pay out when completed

Notice the pattern. Two sources are daily habits and the rest grow with play. The system is built to bring you back each day and reward more activity. Knowing that helps you use it on your terms.

What can you do with Betty Coins?

There are two uses.

  1. Play coin games. Selected games accept coins as the stake.
  2. Shop. The Betty Shop exchanges coins for items.

Betty’s help centre lists four kinds of shop item: free spins, Mystery Boxes, Betty merchandise and cash bonuses. We do not print prices, since they change and fall under the advertising rules. Check the Shop in your account for current options and conditions.

Are Betty Coins real money?

No. You cannot withdraw Betty Coins to your bank. Three lines in Betty’s Terms set their status, and most reviews leave them out.

What Betty's Terms say about coins
TermWhat it means for you
Coins are "intended for recreational play only"They are a game feature, not a balance you own like cash
Coins do not count toward playtime limits or account levellingTime spent on coin games may fall outside the limit you set
Betty may void coins after fraud or a malfunctionA coin balance is not guaranteed

Some Shop items can lead to real value, such as a cash bonus. Read the conditions on each item before you exchange coins for it.

How does Betty’s level system work?

Every player starts at Level 1. You move up as you play, and there is no top level. Each new level unlocks a reward, and Betty says faster levelling means more coins.

Your progress is saved when you stop. You pick up where you left off next time.

Betty does not publish how much play each level needs. That makes it impossible to work out the “cost” of a level in advance. Treat level rewards as a side effect of play you had already budgeted for, never as a target.

What is Betty Status?

Betty Status is a tier system that sits beside levels. Betty’s help centre has an article on it, and status tiers pay their own rewards.

We could not confirm the tier names or how you qualify. Look under the loyalty section of your account, or ask support.

Do Betty Coins expire?

Betty’s help article on coins gives no expiry date and no cash value. We list both as not published.

One related rule is known. Betty’s Terms treat an account as dormant after 12 months without a login and real-money play. Ask support what happens to a coin balance on a dormant account if you plan a long break.

Do coin games count toward playtime limits?

According to Betty’s Terms, no. Betty Coins play does not count toward playtime limits.

This matters if you rely on a playtime limit to manage your evenings. Suppose you set a limit of one hour a day. Real-money slots stop after an hour.

Coin games may not. You could spend much longer in the app than you planned.

If screen time is what you want to control, use a timer on your phone as a backup. For a firm break, use a timeout, which locks the whole account. See Betty limits, timeouts and self-exclusion.

Why did my coins or rewards disappear?

There are a few ordinary explanations:

Check your account history first. If the numbers still do not add up, contact support with the date and amount. See Betty customer service.

Should the loyalty system change how you play?

It should not. A reward is not a reason to spend more. Chasing a level or a daily streak means playing for the reward, not for fun.

A simple rule works well: set your budget and time first, play within them, and treat coins as a bonus. Explore the games themselves in our Betty slots guide. Coins require a verified account, so finish your Betty sign-up and ID check first.
