How Betty Casino Promotions Work
On this page
Betty runs promotions, but this page does not list them. Ontario and Alberta rules let casino offers appear only on the casino’s own site or in messages you agreed to receive. Below we explain the types of promotion Betty uses, what its terms say about wagering, and how to read any offer before you accept it.
Does Betty Casino have bonuses?
Yes. Betty’s help centre confirms that players can earn rewards through features built into the site. It lists eight of them. It also says support staff do not hand out bonuses on request.
So offers exist. You will find the current ones in one place only: Betty’s own site and app.
Why doesn’t this page list Betty’s offers?
Because the rules in both provinces forbid it. Ontario’s regulator states it plainly in Standard 2.05:
“Advertising and marketing materials that communicate gambling inducements, bonuses and credits are prohibited, except on an operator’s gaming site and through direct advertising and marketing, after receiving active player consent.”
An “inducement” is anything offered to encourage you to gamble, such as free spins or bonus money. The same standards make a casino responsible for its affiliates, meaning sites like this one that may be paid for referrals.
Alberta adopted the same approach when its market opened in July 2026, according to trade press. We could not open the AGLC’s own document, so that part rests on reporting.
The rule exists to protect you. Bonus adverts push people to sign up for the offer, not the product. Keeping offers on the casino’s own site means you see them next to their terms.
If another website shows you a large “Betty Casino bonus” with an amount, be careful. It is either ignoring the rules or describing a different company.
Where can you see Betty’s current promotions?
There are two legitimate places:
- On betty.ca or in the Betty app. Offers appear in your account, with their rules.
- In emails or texts from Betty. Only if you opted in to marketing.
Under Ontario’s Standard 2.07, you must actively consent to those messages. You can withdraw consent at any time. Look for the marketing setting in your account or the unsubscribe link in any email.
What types of promotions does Betty run?
Betty’s help centre names eight reward features. We describe what each is, without values, because values change and may not be published here.
| Feature | What it is |
|---|---|
| Daily Wheel | A wheel you can spin once a day for a reward |
| Daily Scratcher | A daily scratch card |
| Quests | Set tasks that pay a reward when completed |
| Level Rewards | Rewards unlocked as your account level rises |
| Status Rewards | Rewards tied to your Betty Status tier |
| Deposit Promotions | Offers linked to making a deposit |
| Betty Shop | A shop where Betty Coins are exchanged for items |
| Tournaments and Prize Drops | Competitions and random prizes on selected games |
Most of these link to Betty’s loyalty currency. That system is explained in Betty Coins, levels and the Betty Shop.
Does Betty have wagering requirements?
Here Betty’s own pages pull in two directions, so read carefully.
A wagering requirement is a rule that you must bet a bonus a set number of times before you can withdraw it. Betty’s help centre answers the question with “Not really”. It says you may withdraw a deposit at any time and may withdraw a cash reward at once. Its one stated condition is that you use your real funds when you play with an offer.
Betty’s Terms of Service are more cautious. They say bonus funds carry specific wagering requirements before withdrawal.
Both statements can hold if different offers have different rules. That is why the only safe approach is to read the terms of the exact offer in front of you.
How do you read a promotion’s terms?
Run through this checklist before you accept any offer, at Betty or anywhere else.
| Check | Why it matters |
|---|---|
| Do I need to deposit? | An offer that needs a deposit is not free |
| Is there a wagering requirement? | It decides when winnings become withdrawable |
| Which games count? | Some offers work on named slots only |
| When does it expire? | Unused spins and rewards can vanish |
| Is there a maximum win or stake? | A cap limits what you can take out |
| Must I use real funds first? | Betty names this as its main condition |
| Can I decline? | You can always play without an offer |
Ontario’s Standard 2.06 backs you here. It requires a casino to show all material conditions when it first presents an offer, with the rest no more than one click away. It also bars calling an offer “free” or “risk-free” unless it truly is.
Why can’t I play my free spins?
Betty’s help centre has an article on this. We could not confirm its full text. In general, free spins fail for a short list of reasons: they expired, they apply to a different game, or your account is not yet verified.
Check the offer’s rules in your account first. Then ask Betty support through live chat. See how to contact Betty.
Is there a Betty Casino promo code or no-deposit bonus?
We do not publish promo codes or no-deposit offers. The advertising rules above apply to them too.
Be wary of code-listing sites. Many pages ranking for “Betty Casino promo code” are about other brands, or carry codes that never existed. If Betty offers a code, it will appear on betty.ca or in a message from Betty.
Can you play Betty for free?
Betty has “coin games” that are played with Betty Coins, not cash. Its Terms say Betty Coins are for recreational play only. That is the closest thing to free play on the site.
We could not confirm whether Betty offers demo versions of its real-money slots. See Betty Coins explained for how coin games work.
Are BettySweeps or Betty Wins bonuses related?
No. BettySweeps and Betty Wins are different brands. Searches for “Betty casino bonus” return their offers far more often than anything from Betty.ca. A code or bonus from either one does nothing on betty.ca.
Our Betty licence check covers the name confusion in more detail.
A note on bonuses and budgets
A promotion is a reason the casino gives you to play more. Decide your budget first and treat any reward as extra. If offers make it harder to stop, turn off marketing messages and set a limit. See Betty limits and self-exclusion.
